An initial 10-minute phone consultation is provided at no cost to discuss your goals and confirm next steps. A $99 consultation includes a 30-minute phone or virtual meeting and a brief zoning summary outlining key planning considerations. For more detailed guidance, a $249 consultation includes an in-person site meeting, a 30-minute phone or virtual consultation, and a comprehensive zoning report covering FSR, floor area exemptions, setbacks, height limits, and other applicable regulations relevant to your site.
