This West Vancouver waterfront property has a stunning ocean view. There are two deck locations with an unobstructed view of the water. The site is characterized by a front yard with many large trees, beyond which the beautiful view is revealed. The experience of going through the green and being exposed in the scene resembles that of unfolding a Chinese hand fan, which helps inspire the form of the deck design.
